South West Bend

It was an honor to list this 2022 COBA Tour of Homes entry and be a host during the Tour. It was so fun to see the expressions as people entered! As impressive as it is on the outside, over and over I could see that people’s expectations were exceeded upon walking in. It would take a few moments to stand there and take it all in, and there was so much to see! The builder artistically and expertly used a combination of materials from bleached oak floors, reclaimed barn wood beams, brick, and metal. A 10’ opening extended the living area by folding back the glass panels to the patio with a custom fire place surrounded by a table. The disco ball was very well received! The kitchen also provided a stunning feature with its geometric ceramic tile wall This builder took contemporary, but made it warm and livable, I often heard that this home was the favorite of the many tour visitors.
